The B-52 LX-Series is the answer when you need powerful, cost effective subwoofers that can bring the house down and deliver intense, earth-shaking bass all the way to the back of your venue. The LX-Series are technologically advanced, Made in the U.S.A. folded horn subwoofers, ideal for a wide variety of high Sound Pressure Level (SPL) output applications including sound reinforcement, music replay, cinema sound and side-fill monitoring. The folded horn design provides high-efficiency, low distortion, increased headroom and a superior transient response. The LX-Series will outperform any conventional direct radiating subwoofers by 3 to 6 dB at distances of 75-150 feet.
The LX-Series takes traditional folded horn subwoofers to the next level. They are built to withstand the abuse of the road and are backed by a lifetime cabinet construction warranty. A newly designed internal compression chamber provides intense, clean and controlled bass. At the heart of the LX-Series is the new B-52 18-200L subwoofer with a cast-aluminum frame, a massive 200 oz magnet and an innovative 4" dual-layered, tempered aluminum voice coil.
